Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase. To ensure timely delivery, we use reliable local postal services. A small standard shipping fee applies to all orders. If you require faster delivery, express shipping is available at an additional cost.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries.

Due to the fragile and heat-sensitive nature of our products, international shipping is currently available to a limited number of destinations to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

International shipping rates are calculated as a flat base rate plus an additional charge per item, which reflects parcel weight, protective packaging, and handling requirements. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Please note:

  • All international orders are sent tracked

  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and customs processing

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services once the parcel has left Australia

Local Pick-Up (Pimpama, Gold Coast)

If you're located near Pimpama on the Gold Coast, we offer a click and collect option to save on shipping fees. Simply select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you with collection details.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Return postage costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product and nature of the issue.

Due to the nature of handmade candles, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on international orders.
